No Hassle Chicken Parmagiana
Boneless chicken breast, bread crumbs, eggs, parmesan & mozzarella cheese.

Mix 1.5 cup bread crumbs with 2 tbsp parsley and .5 cup parmesan cheese. Beat three eggs.  Dip skinless, boneless chicken breasts in egg batter, then breading mixture.  Cook in skillet until golden brown. Cover bottom of baking pan with Parisa’s Marinara Sauce, place cooked cutlets on sauce, cover with sauce and top with thinly sliced mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

Make The Best Pizza In Town
Pita bread, olive oil, parmesan & mozzarella cheese.

Start with your favorite pizza dough or pita bread (pita makes great personal pizzas). Lightly coat both sides with extra virgin olive oil.  Dust the bottom with grated parmesan cheese and broil, bottom side up until golden. Remove from oven, turn the dough over and add Parisa’s Marinara Sauce, plenty of shredded mozzarella cheese, a sprinkling of olive oil and bake at 450° for 15 min.

Shrimp Linguine a la Vodka
Heavy cream, parmesan cheese, vodka, olive oil, garlic, shrimp and linguine.

Pour Parisa’s Marinara Sauce in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Add grated parmesan cheese and heavy cream until sauce turns a light pink/orange color.  Add vodka to taste.

Cook peeled & deveined shrimp in a skillet with olive oil, chopped garlic cloves, and maybe a little dry white wine, until shrimp starts to turn pink. At the same time, cook your favorite linguine in a pot of boiling water, drain and cover with the sauce and shrimp.

French Bread Pizza
French bread, olive oil and mozzarella.

Slice French bread lengthwise and coat bottom with olive oil.  Cover top with Parisa’s Marinara Sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.  Bake at 350° until desired doneness.

Pasta with Easy Meatballs
Meatballs & pasta.

Make your own, or use store-bought, pre-cooked meatballs.  Add them to Parisa’s Marinara Sauce in a saucepan and simmer until meatballs are heated through (maybe 15 min.).  Meanwhile, cook up your favorite pasta in a pot of boiling water, add the heated sauce and enjoy.

Pasta e Fagioli
Cannellini beans, elbow macaroni, chicken broth, onion, celery & garlic + seasonings.

Brown some chopped onion, celery, and garlic with some olive oil, parsley and Italian seasoning in a sauce pan. Add some chicken broth, canned cannellini beans and Parisa’s Marinara Sauce and simmer for about 15 mins. Finally add some cooked elbow macaroni or small pasta. This is a great recipe to experiment with and add your own touches for mealtime variety.

Marinara Fish
Fish & seasonings.

Heat up some Parisa’s Marinara Sauce in a large skillet, add your favorite white fish (Tilapia, Flounder, Cod, whatever), maybe add salt and fresh, ground pepper to taste. If you like, add some chopped green peppers and minced garlic. Cover with sauce, and cook until fish gets flaky.  Serve with sauce.  How easy, and healthy, is that?

Fish Parmagiana
White fish, bread crumbs, olive oil & mozzarella cheese.

What’s good for the chicken is good for the fish.  Take your favorite white fish fillets, coat with olive oil, then Italian bread crumbs. Pour a thin layer of Parisa’s Marinara Sauce into a baking dish, add the fish, cover with sauce and cover with thinly sliced mozzarella cheese.  Bake at 375° until fish is flaky.

Ravioli Made Easy
Wonton skins & filling or premade + parmesan cheese.

You can make your own ravioli easily by using store-bought wonton skins and adding whatever filling you like (cheese, spinach, cooked ground meat, etc., etc.).  Or you can buy some good, pre-made ravioli in certain stores. Boil and serve with Parisa’s Marinara Sauce, seasoned with a good quality parmesan or Romano cheese.

Italian Chili
Ground beef, olive oil, onions, peppers, chiles & garlic + kidney beans, elbow mac & seasonings.

Brown some ground beef in a skillet with olive oil, chopped onions, red peppers and garlic.  Pour Parisa’s Marinara Sauce into a saucepan, add the ground beef mixture, some kidney beans, some powdered taco seasoning, chiles and simmer for about 1 hour.  Serve with grated cheese and sour cream.

Dipping Sauce
Pick up some chicken tenders on your way home, heat up some Parisa’s Marinara Sauce for dipping, and add a whole new dimension to fast food.
